This is a bundle of 3 7" singles by The Marmalade. All come in plain sleeves. Lovin' Things - Good+. Ob la di ob la da - VG+. Baby make it soon - Good+. I use the Record Collector grading system which grades records from Mint to Poor. I aim to grade conservatively and fairly - .

As usual with this band, the best songs were composed by P.F. Sloan but the album as a whole remains remarkably listenable and provides a lot of exhilarating moments rife with s nostalgia. 'Lovin' Things' is a must-have for any pop-rock 'completist', even more so as I don't think it has ever been digitally reissued, which is a crying shame.

My favorite Marmalade song is Reflections of my life, a top three UK hit that became their only top ten American hit. Their first single, I see the rain, was a hit in Holland but failed to chart in Britain despite some critical acclaim. Their first British hit was Lovin' things, a cover of an American song/5(6).

This DVD audio collection of the long-running AM pop group contains Marmalade's big moment, a cover of the Beatles' "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da." Newcomers probably won't be concerned about the improved DVD sound, but fans of the group will probably find this a reasonable buy.

Of course this all means that Reflections of the Marmalade is a very fine album, though it is just as natural that it is far from perfect. But there are no bad tracks – well, the result might be even better if tracks A2 and A3 were replaced by both sides of a later single, "Rainbow" and "The Ballad of Cherry Flavar", and the sound.

The Marmalade - lovin' things It's the lovin' things you do That make me grow so close to you Gonna want you my whole life through For the lovin' things, baby, that you do It's the lovin' things you say That give me comfort every day By your side I'm gonna stay To hear the lovin' things, baby that you say Since that day our love began.
